Building Inspections Wellington
Independent building inspections, building surveying services and specialist property advice for Wellington home buyers, owners and property professionals.
Steep sites, coastal exposure, high wind conditions, ageing housing stock, and recognised weathertightness risks can all influence a property’s condition and future maintenance requirements.
Understanding these factors is an important part of making informed property decisions. Our independent inspections and specialist advice help you better understand a property’s condition, identify potential risks and plan for future maintenance.
