Building Inspections Wellington

Independent building inspections, building surveying
and specialist property advice for Wellington home buyers,
owners and property professionals.

Wellington properties often present unique considerations.

Steep sites, coastal exposure, high wind conditions, ageing housing stock, and recognised weathertightness risks can all influence a property’s condition and future maintenance requirements.

Understanding these factors can help support more informed property decisions and better long-term maintenance planning.

Inquest provides independent building inspections, building surveying, and specialist property advice throughout the Wellington region.
